菜式以《味芝番茄-妹之守護者》作主題,菜式材料以番茄、薯蓉、芝士、大蝦及南瓜為主,以不同層次排列,讓客人享受新鮮食材帶來的美味層次,伴隨濃濃的芝士香味,與大自然融洽,更可在優美的都市農場「堅農圃」內的「綠廚子」餐廳中,一邊享用美食,一邊享受大自然美景。

理念及特色:

農圃除外種植新鮮蔬菜,也會種植花朵。小學每年要參加種花比賽,但我每次都不能長出花朵,我希望我所設計的食物看似小花盆,讓市民感受農夫的辛勞。雖然種植不順利沒有好成果,但小吃可帶來視覺和味覺的滿足感。

理念及特色:

The story behind the food is very simple,I usually like to eat potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage, always want to combine them then eat,I think it will be yummy.I also have a hobby,I like origami. When I origami, it  suddenly occurred to me  that I could use cabbage to wrap potatoes and tomatoes together to  make a small and vegetarian Wellington steak.Therefore,I went to search for information of potatoes,tomatoes,cabbage online.

Want to make it more healthy.So I create this recipes,do what I can do,hope it can be yummy and healthy.

理念及特色:

食譜的概念是以簡單和天然為主軸:揀選天然無添加的食材, 堅持吃食物本身的原味道。烹調方法也是一切從簡,盡可能保留食物中的營養。這小食低卡又高纖,而且含有各種重要的維他命及礦物質。進食後,亦容易產生飽腹感。取名“果然薯不簡單”是因為它並不只是一塊傳統的薯餅,而是一塊加了椰菜花的薯餅。口感豐富之餘,亦十分美味,伴牛油果醬或希臘乳酪享用,令整體味道再提升。

When I was a primary student, I hated drinking soup and eating vegetables. However, my mother cooked the soup I have mentioned above for me and I love having them then. I recommend this Healthy Soup because it tastes delicious and easy to make it. Only costs for a short time and you can enjoy a wonderful and healthy soup. One of the ingredients, kale which becomes super good in a few years and that is suitable for everyone to have.  Healthy Soup provides satiety and rich nutrition such as vitamins, proteins, minerals etc. Hope you enjoy the Healthy Soup.

理念及特色:

I choose this recipe for Green Chef Recipe Design Competition because it is really healthy. The soup has just a little bit seasoning like salt, it is good for our health and it taste very light. It is suitable for elderly even child. All the ingredient are well cook, so there will not have any unfamiliar situation and will not cause any bacteria, it is easy to handle this dish with absorbing different kinds of vitamins with easy ingredients. And this dish is so rich in nutrients, it can help our body with every ways.

The reason why I want to do potato pork ribs soup is because tomato and potato is very healthy and it is easy to make.When I was little my mum always cook this soup for me because she know that I love it .Every time she cooked the soup I would immediately drink all the soup and eat the potato and Tomato too and even say may I have one more.I could say that this soup grow up with me .

菜式以「大蝦三文魚帆船」作主題,材料包括番茄、洋蔥、大蝦、三文魚、芝士、羅勒/九層塔及法包為主要材料,一層一層的食物設計,色彩繽紛,吸引客人食用。大蝦在頂層斜擺的設計猶如帆船出海,在廣闊大海洋自由航行,讓人們享受大自然,從而更珍惜及愛護我們的地球。
營養方面,材料番茄及洋蔥提供優質膳食纖維及碳水化合物,而大蝦、三文魚及芝士供給身體蛋白質,幫助身體成長,適合不同年齡人士。

​作品名稱:紅橙黃綠,薯不簡單

理念及特色:

以最簡單健康的烹調方法,加上運用不同顏色的蔬果和雞蛋製作成四色醬,配上原型澱粉質(薯仔)一併進食,是一道「夠色」又健康的菜色,適合小童及長者進食;製作過程簡單,亦適合親子一同製作,促進彼此關係。
